Why Choose Us A male and female perspective, both grounded in lived experience of separation.
Meet Jeremy

Jeremy brings a calm, practical and balanced presence to Separation Support. Through his own lived experience of separation, he has seen firsthand how quickly people can spend unnecessary time, money and emotional energy when they do not have the right support at the right time.
He understands that before people make major decisions, they often need clarity, perspective and someone who can help them think through what comes next in a steady and practical way. Jeremy helps people step back from the noise, understand their options and approach the next stage with greater confidence.
His professional background has also involved working through sensitive issues, competing priorities and high pressure environments, giving him a strong foundation in communication, impartiality and measured decision making. Combined with lived experience, that brings a practical and relatable voice to Separation Support.

Meet Rachelle

Rachelle brings warmth, insight and a steady presence to Separation Support. She understands that relationship uncertainty can feel emotionally heavy, especially when someone is not yet sure whether separation is the right path.
Her background gives her a valuable perspective on emotional wellbeing, support and the importance of feeling heard before big decisions are made. She helps create a space where people can pause, reflect and think more clearly about their situation, without pressure and without judgment.
This is an important part of what makes Separation Support different. Sometimes people do not need to rush into separation. Sometimes they need the right conversation first. Rachelle helps provide that calm and considered starting point.

Why our approach is different

What makes Separation Support different is the balance of perspective behind it.
You are supported through both a male and a female lens, bringing a broader understanding of how separation is experienced, how people communicate differently, and how easily matters can escalate when decisions are made too quickly.
We have both seen how fast costs can rise when people do not yet understand the pathway in front of them. A wrong early decision can lead to unnecessary legal expense, avoidable conflict and added stress at a time when clarity matters most.
That is why Separation Support focuses on providing a calmer, more balanced and more practical first step helping people understand their options, avoid costly wrong turns, and move forward with greater confidence.
